At the 2014 Asian Games that took place in Incheon, South Korea, the Qatari equestrian team won the gold medal in the team jumping competition. The team was composed of Sheikh Ali bin Khalid Al Thani, Nasser Al Ghazali, Khalid Al Emadi, and Bassem Hassan Mohammed. The Qatari quartet cleared all the jumps without penalty, displaying tremendous speed and control.
The medal is a donation from Sheikh Ali bin Khalid Al Thani to the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum.
